Honey Information
I started beekeeping in Feb 2021 and 2022 was my first proper harvest. I have both naturally set and runny honey available. Spring honey sets quickly and is the pale golden colour and tastes divine on toast, in spring the bees are mostly foraging on Oil Seed Rape - those fields of yellow.
The runny honey is taken after the summer nectar flow and normally takes longer to set - its perfect for drizzling onto porridge
